I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy before 2 weeks. Last Friday, I had 2 shots of methotrexate. I just started bleeding and cramping heavily yesterday, and I'm worried. It is so bad that they can not work, let alone almost stopped. Until yesterday, I had no side effects or symptoms. Today I just blood and was told that my HCG levels fall only half. Is this normal?
