try, the visual settings by resetting the power button while turning it on. BTW, you really, really, you are wasting your money to buy Monster Cable, is the $ 50? I got mine for $ 4 and works very well.

You can not produce a connection to the wrong port, as in height, or something or maybe just a cable from the shit ..
