Countertop Washer Is It Typical To Collect On A Change Order Before Completion?

Is it typical to collect on a change order before completion? - countertop washer

We hired a construction company in the basement finish for us. We paid half of their bid in advance and the balance will be due upon completion. They came to us with an amendment to not a closet in the room due to lack of space, so we have a desk and two closets in the washing machine and dryer available. They gave us change a for Friday to demand payment for that day.

Is that the typical business processes in the areas of ethics, or are invited, as a rule, change the order if the work is completed to pay?

Tell the contractor you are the exchange of CO in the end, but move 50% regardless of the addition to the completion of track work, or to the CO and in a wood workshop. They may be cheaper than the way anyway. Or contact an offer from a woodworking shop first, and if it works in your favor, tell the contractor that I only companies, the clothes later. Suppose that there exists such that it has already made the change to. However, the regulation change is usually in the same way that the reservoir begins to put the contract into account, balance when finished. Often depends on the volume of employment in relation to the change in order to be inserted into the final bill. I would not pay for the appointment of a change in the front. It indicatino terms of change in order that the documents we have given you?
