We hired a construction company in the basement finish for us. We paid half of their bid in advance and the balance will be due upon completion. They came to us with an amendment to not a closet in the room due to lack of space, so we have a desk and two closets in the washing machine and dryer available. They gave us change a for Friday to demand payment for that day.
Is that the typical business processes in the areas of ethics, or are invited, as a rule, change the order if the work is completed to pay?
